Choose Your Unit
Review floor plans, views, and exposures. I walk you through disclosure statements and strata docs before you sign anything.

Write a Contract
BC's 7-day rescission period gives you time to review. Deposits are typically 10–20% in stages over the build period.

Complete on Closing
Typically 1–3 years to completion. You arrange your mortgage at closing, not signing, so you'll know rates closer to the date.
