Yaletown Park is a community of three high-rise towers at the north end of Yaletown: Yaletown Park 1 at 928 Homer Street, Yaletown Park 2 at 909 Mainland Street, and Yaletown Park 3 at 977 Mainland Street. Wall Financial built all three, finishing them in 2006 and 2007, and together they hold 880 condos. (Same name, three front doors. So if a friend says they live in Yaletown Park, ask which one.)
The Three Towers at Yaletown Park
- Yaletown Park 1: 928 Homer Street, 32 storeys, 299 homes
- Yaletown Park 2: 909 Mainland Street, 34 storeys, 309 homes
- Yaletown Park 3: 977 Mainland Street, 30 storeys, 272 homes
The Homes
You’ll find studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms across the three towers, from studios around 430 sq ft up to two-bedrooms just over 1,000 sq ft, with in-suite laundry. It’s a great fit for first-time buyers, downsizers, and investors who want a downtown address that’s easy to live in.
Building Amenities
Amenities vary a little by tower, but between the three you’ll find concierge service, fitness centres, guest suites, lounges and party rooms with outdoor terrace space, media rooms, libraries, a kids’ play area, bike rooms, storage lockers, and underground parking. In other words, you can skip the gym membership and the pull-out couch for visiting in-laws.
Pets and Rentals
Long-term rentals are allowed in all three towers, since BC stopped letting stratas ban rentals in 2022. Pet rules are set building by building, so I’ll pull the current bylaws for whichever tower you’re looking at before you write an offer. No surprises after the fact.
Living in North Yaletown
The towers sit between Homer and Mainland Streets, around Smithe and Nelson, in one of the most walkable pockets of downtown Vancouver. The central library, BC Place, Rogers Arena, and Robson Street are all a short walk away. Head south and you’re into Yaletown’s restaurants and patios on Mainland and Hamilton, then down to the False Creek seawall. The Yaletown-Roundhouse and Vancouver City Centre Canada Line stations are both close by, so getting to YVR is easy. If you’re ready to drive less (or ditch the car entirely), this is a great place to do it.
Thinking About Buying at Yaletown Park?
I’ll help you compare suites across all three towers, go through the strata documents with you, and make sure the numbers make sense before you commit. Book a call and let’s talk about what you’re looking for.
