I work with buyers and sellers across Greater Vancouver, from first-time buyers getting into the market to homeowners ready for their next chapter. My focus is on making that process feel clear and manageable, not overwhelming.

I'm a straight shooter. If a property isn't worth what it's listed for, I'll say so. If a pre-sale project doesn't make sense for your situation, we'll walk. My value to you isn't closing a deal, it's making sure the right one closes, on terms you'll feel good about long after the keys are handed over.

A big part of what I do is in the pre-sale space. I have direct relationships with developers and project marketers across Greater Vancouver, which means my clients get early access to new developments before they go public, before the best units sell, and before pricing moves.

I'm based in Vancouver, licensed with Oakwyn Realty out of our Yaletown office. And I'm not the agent who disappears after closing, most of my clients come back when it's time for their next move too.
